Don't Mind If I Do

After an intense training session at the gym today, in which the trainer brought in a trash can in case of "sudden vomit" I helped myself to this....

I don't know if we have the Green Tea flavor in the States (I'd never seen it) but it is fabulous!

Stanley

Stanley is a beach town on the south side of the island. It has shops and restaurants by the water and everyone is walking their dogs and eating ice cream cones. It is so quiet and lush with greenery everywhere and of course a market place. We ate lunch here today and walked around the markets a little bit.

Kowloon

I took myself to Kowloon today which is much more "local" than where we live. I wandered around for HOURS and just got lost in trying to take everything in. I loved it!

Kowloon Park

It took me a second to find my way around Kowloon but once I found this park it was as if I was miles away from the city. It was so peaceful and beautiful!
